Access to the site

User account

Taking out a plan requires an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and keep it current. The user is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported without delay.

Plans, durations and simultaneous connections

Plans are offered for one, three, six or twelve months, with a number of simultaneous connections chosen when ordering, within the limit set by the plan. The number of simultaneous connections is a technical limit of the service taken out.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of tax. Payment is taken when the order is placed, by the means offered at confirmation. The order becomes final once payment is confirmed. The publisher may change its prices; the price that applies is the one displayed when the order is placed.

Where these terms are seriously breached, the publisher may suspend or terminate access after a formal notice that has gone unanswered, except in an emergency or where security is at stake. The user may close their account at any time; termination takes effect at the end of the current period.
